Overhead line services
We work as a subcontractor to main contractors on electricity distribution projects across the UK.
LV overhead line construction
We carry out LV overhead line construction, rebuilds and alterations, including service connections and network changes. Work is planned around access, outages and the customers affected.
Pole installs
We install new and replacement wood poles, single and H-pole structures. That covers excavation, erection, backfill and dressing the pole ready for the line.
Pole support works
We fit and replace stays, struts and pole foundations. This keeps existing structures in service and brings them up to the standard the network requires.
Line maintenance
We carry out planned and reactive maintenance on existing overhead lines. That includes replacing hardware, insulators and conductor, and fixing defects found on inspection.
Contractor-led overhead line works
We supply competent overhead line crews to work under the main contractor's management and programme. We follow their systems, paperwork and site rules from day one.
