What we collect

Contact form: your name, company, email, phone number and project details.

Careers form: your name, phone number, email, the role you are interested in, your location, and your tickets and experience.

We only collect what you choose to send us.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.

To consider you for work with our crews and contact you when suitable work comes up.

We do not use your details for marketing and we never sell them.

Our lawful basis

For enquiries, our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

For applications, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in recruiting.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that host this website and our email, who process it on our behalf. We may share it if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 2 years.

Job applications: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you start working with us, your details move to our employment records.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email billy@ukohl.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
